Earl Horst Systems Ltd. is far more than a bin construction company.  Our capabilities include a large manufacturing facility with cutting-edge fabrication technology and a large powder-coat paint line. Along with specialized components and structures for grain systems, we also manufacture production parts and sub-assemblies unrelated to the grain handling industry.

Our LVD 4M x 2M 5KW laser cutting machine allows us to mass-produce high precision custom metal parts.

Our laser cutting capabilities are complemented with an LVD 10 ft, 135 ton CNC press brake, enabling us to form components to your exact specifications. 

We also have 14 ft wide hydraulic plate bending rolls to accommodate large custom rolling projects.

Along with specialized plate cutting and forming equipment, we are equipped and experienced to manufacture structural steel frames, support towers, catwalks, and other custom parts.

We also offer in-house sandblasting and powder-coating for structures up to 60 ft in length.
